Not sure.: Actually a stinger is an injury to the brachioplexus that causes numbness pain and sometimes paralysis down the entire term in is not located just in the shoulder sockets. Suggest you see an orthopedic surgeon and have this evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon by x-ray and examination.
