Not with one dose: The safety of this medicine for use during pregnancy has not been established. Only minimal amounts of the medicine pass into the bloodstream after using the nasal spray. However, the manufacturer states that this medicine is not recommended for use in pregnancy unless the potential benefit to the mother outweighs any risk to the developing baby.
