Probably not: We know that the composition of breast milk changes from the beginning of a nursing session to the end (the fat content rises as the baby nurses longer. And we know that milk produced in the morning is different than milk produced at night. So I am sure that there are variations between individuals. But breast milk is always the first choice for a baby.
