Hola: Necesitas that the bone heals on the cast, which at you age should be about 6-8 weeks. Take calcium and rest, pt only if joints are tight and muscles get weak.

3to6 months/Rehab 3: Tibia fibula fractures needs complete rest, cast and rehab physical therapy and if no surgery is done it takes 3to6 months to recover if surgery is done with a titanium pinning it may take a little longer.
