Indigestion: Your symptoms may reflect simple dyspepsia(indigestion) or irritable GI tract. . Try a bland, low fat diet and take simethicone 1/2 hour after meals. If symptoms persist or worsen, see your physician who will determine whether GI testing is indicated after he/she assesses your symptoms.
