Anything: Luq pain can be any number of things, including: ulcer, colon problems, bowel obstruction, splenic enlargement, and/or hernia, etc. The only way to know is to see a doctor and have a work up.

Abdominal pain: It could be an ulcer in your gastric pouch. It could be a gastro-gastric fistula. It could be an ulcer in your gastric remnant. It could be an internal hernia. You need to see your surgeon. If a ct scan is normal, then get an upper endoscopy.
