Accurate to 14 days: First trimester ultrasound is accurate to approximately 7 days. Sperm can stay in the system up to a week. Largest margin of error approximately 14 days. Your doc is correct.

Talk 2 ur doctor 1st: Some exercises that are usually safe are kegels, walking, swimming (no diving), yoga for pregnant women(make sure u have a trained instructor!). Exercises to avoid are skiing, horse back riding etc.

Yes: Your uterus is stretching as the baby grows, and cramping is a normal response to this. However, if you are having cramping that is worse than menstrual cramps, or if the cramping is accompanied by bleeding, you need to be evaluated right away.

Yes, definitely: There is no increased risk of miscarriage even on long flights. Most important on your flight is to move around the plane every few hour(s) and perform stretching or leg exercises while you're sitting. Drink, drink, drink lots of water on your flight as well. Typically these 2 things go well together, drinking lots of water and then getting up to use the restroom. Compression socks may help too.
