A little growth left: Generally your height will be between the height of your parents. Another guide is that you are likely to grow 2 or 3 inches after the onset of your menses. If your menses has yet to start you may have a few more ibnches to go!

Growing: You will still probably grow taller, but not much more. Ask your family doctor or pediatrician to show you your growth curve to better anticipate your adult height. You will probably reach your adult height, as a female, by about age 16-17.
