Last period jan 31st. Having pregnancy symptoms. Period late but home pregnancy test negative. Whats wrong?

Not sure: You are obviously late for your period, and in the setting of a negative pregnancy test, you are not pregnant. This indicates that you did not ovulate or it was significantly delayed. Talk to your doctor about ways to induce a period and pills to regulate the cycle.
