Use the: Norther light in the day so you are not exposed to darkness. Like if you sit at a desk keep it by your desk. You can use it until 6:00 then turn it off and wear sunglasses so everything is dark. This plan helps keep your nights and days straight.It also helps winter fatigue and depression on long winter days.
