Incomplete info: It really matters what you mean by "full hysterectomy". Given that you are on tamoxifen, I am going to guess that your ovaries were removed to further decrease estrogen levels. This, combined with the side effects of tamoxifen could certainly be the cause of these changes. Given your likely complex history, please talk with your ob/gyn about options.
