Irregular : It sounds like recently there was some irregularity to your menstrual cycle. This can be common, and is a result of hormonal imbalances or hormonal changes. What you've described is not worry send to me at all. Having said that, for women who like more regularity with their menstrual cycles, the birth control pill which is a hormone is an option to help regulate.

Hated to say: Irregular cycle is a very common problem. At you age of 19, the most likely cause is hormonal. Please see a gynecologist for full evaluation and treatment.
