Small lump on the bridge of my nose for 2 days now and it hurts a but even if i just touch it. it's so small that it's not noticeable . what. is it?

Probably: A pimple in the form of a cyst if it hurts. Try warm water soaks to see if it will come to a head. If it does not get better or gets hard and red you should see a doc as might need antibiotics or possibly drainage.
