Many reasons: If you have infertility, it means you have been trying for one year and have not conceived. The reasons for that are too numerous for this space, but include: hormonal problems, infections, anatomic problems, immunologic/hematologic problems, and male factors (sperm). Start by visiting your gynecologist for help, and eventually a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist may be necessary.
