Avoid them: If you have problem with those two, then my suggestion is to avoid them. Use the natural sugar instead.

Stop using them: It is not a danger but uncomfortable. If you are not diabetic it would be better to use a small amount of sugar and feel better. Do not worry about the gas being a serious problem. It is not. Just a physical bother.
