Uncertain: Unfortunately, miscarriages are common. So, this might not be related to anything, but your symptoms are intriguing and deserve a workup that would include a thorough review of your cycles and testing for thyroid disease and, if indicated based on the history of your cycles, testing of fsh and Estradiol levels.
