Uncertain: I have tried researching this on CDC sites & WHO sites and simply can find the stats you are asking for. Outbreaks usually follow bird’s migratory routes and they have occurred in Africa, Greece, Israel, Romania, Russia & Italy. Cases in Africa are likely under- reported. This is the best article I could find: https://parasitesandvectors.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13071-018-2998-y
