Why when you miss4 consecutive pills do u start breakthrough bleeding 1week and next week cramping and the next cramping and spottin 4days b4 period?

Hormone withdrawal: When you are on hormones and suddenly stop them, you will get bleeding. This is exactly what happens at the end of a cycle when Progesterone levels fall as well. Look at the graph in the attached image for the change in hormones throughout the cycle.
