See a dermatologist: Chronic urticaria is a specific diagnosis describing hives every day for at least 6 weeks. True chronic urticaria is not allergy. It persists for months to years. Typical management consists of zyrtec (cetirizine) (generic = ceterizine) 10mg 1, 2, or 3 a day. Sometimes Hydroxyzine is added at night. Avoid alcohol and aspirin. You can skip the vitamins, q10, and magnesium as they are a waste of money and you wa.

Not normal: Urticaria is almost always associated with itching. I suggest you consult a dermatologist to get a skin biopsy done to rule out inflammation of the blood vessels or other conditions.
