Sexually active?: If you are sexually active, and had unprotected sex last month, you may have been pregnant and had a miscarriage. The tingling in the arms, headache, etc is a little odd though. Are you on birth control? Do you smoke? This may also be a sign of a blood clot. Unusual in your age group, but if you are on birth control and smoke, you are at risk. You should see your doctor.
