Several types: Cancer can cause auto-antibodies against brain proteins. In women, ovarian teratoma or ovarian cancers are commonly related to ampa and nmda antibodies. In men, testicular germ cell tumor, teratoma of the mediastinum, small cell lung cancer, hodgkin's lymphoma and neuroblastoma are commonly related.
