County clinic: Need to go to see md/gynecologist to get examined. Look for free clinic that is run by medical school or county- they would be able to provide the care to you or anybody without medical insurance.

Absolutely: Make an appointment to see a gynecologist or family doctor who performs regular gyne exams. Your description of the lesions is suspicious and definitely needs to be evaluated and possibly biopsied.
