Proper use: First, when you use this type of cream, you apply it only at night since sunlight inactivates it. Then you must avoid sun exposure at that area as much as possible otherwise the pigment will come back. Sun screen used must contain titanium or zinc oxide and be re-applied every 2 hrs when there is sun exposure. Laser and ipl treatment may help. Consult a dermatologist.
