Although you: Are "eating for 2" you do not have to eat double. You do need to eat a healthy diet. If your late night cravings lead 2unhealthy junk food snacks, i would suggest trying to eat better meals during the day and making sure you have enough protein in your diet before bed. Excessive weight gain during pregnancy may simply lead to difficult weight 2take off after you give birth. Follow dr's guidelines.

Be healthy: Eating for 2 is a myth - better to maintain your health - stay active physically, mentally, socially and spiritually, eat a good diet (mediterranean), exercise, a late night snack is ok if light, such as a cracker or a small amount of cereal.
