See doctor or ER: I am not sure of the timing of the vomiting (before of after) the head injury. Vomiting after the head injury is an indication to seek medical attention for your toddler immediately.

ER: Concern is possible concussion. Please go to er now. Your son is probably ok, but needs to be cleared by a physician now, not tomorrow.
