Eczema: It sounds like dyshydrotic eczema. It is typically treated with steroid cream when inflamed. Preventative measures are best. Wash hands less frequently in luke warm water. Use moisturizer on areas that break out daily. Blot dry after shower. Try to find a link or something that might be causing it. For example: change in soap, exposing yourself to a new chemical etc.
