Pretty severe: If you have low o2 saturation at such frequency, you need to get on cpap. Any osa is a serious issue and not to be ignored.

More information plz: If you mean your ahi (respiratory events per hour) is 86, then you would be categorized as severe (greater than 30). I assume you were placed on CPAP the same night and titrated to a pressure of 7. Please follow up with your sleep doc to make sure that your sleep apnea remains well treated on cpap.
