Normal.: Contrary to what you might see online or in the media, not all vaginas or vulvas are the same. Dark coloration in some people can be absolutely normal. The only time its abnormal is when the darkness spreads to the creases of the thighs which can be indicative of acanthosis nigricans which is a marker for diabetes.
