Unclear connection: Cmp is a condition of irritation and inflammation of the retro patellar surface cartilage. Betolvex is vitamin B12 most commonly prescribed for anemia. I am unaware of any use for it in treating cmp. If it was prescribed for you it is likely for another condition.
