Semen: Seminal fluid when left in vagina after intercourse can sometimes leave it with a smell that can be normal . However sometimes semen can change the ph of the vagina and potentially increase your risk of changes in the vaginal flora, leading to bacterial vaginosis, which can be treated with antibiotics. Pain is a separate issue.
