Possibly.: In locally advanced disease, Cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil with radiation therapy is as effective as sugery and radiation therapy. These patients have about a 35% 5 year survival.

Nasal cancer: Chemotherapy alone won't get rid of nasal cancer.Usually nasal/sinus cancer is treated with a combination of surgery, and radiation plus or minus chemotherapy.
