Pregnancy at 43: Can certainly happen. It really depends on whether you have actually gone through menopause or not and at your age, its unlikely that it has happened. So under the right circumstances, you could get pregnant. If you're concerned and want to get pregnant, talk to your gynecologist about maneuvers to help improve your chances.
