Dental Medical check: White tongue may be caused by many things: smoking, dehydration, alcohol, medications, autoimmune disease, infection, etc. First, drink water to stay well hydrated. Using a tongue blade or tongue brush can help your tongue to stay clean also. Consult your dentist to see if the white pattern is a normal variation or requires further evaluation. Hope this helps!
