My daughter has yellowing on the skin all around her eye. not eyeball the skin on her face now its turning gold to orange color. why? thank you

It is common for toddlers to have a yellow tint to their ears, finger pads and some other skin areas due to accumulation of vitamin a from yellow vegetables. Light penetrates these areas and gives the yellowish tint. Beyond the toddler years this tends to fade. If she is not a toddler, i don't have a clue. Try being more specific.
