Hard to say: You do not mention age or other areas that might be involved. It is common for toddlers to have a yellow tint to their ears, finger pads and some other skin areas due to accumulation of vitamin a from yellow vegetables. Light penetrates these areas and gives the yellowish tint. Beyond the toddler years this tends to fade. If she is not a toddler, i don't have a clue. Try being more specific.
