Need PT: When you have a groin injury, you can have increased tightness in that muscle, as well as other supporting muscles, which can lead to poor hip alignment and sometimes to something called snapping hip syndrome. The best thing at this point is to start therapy to loosen muscles and ligaments in the area that have been in dysfunction since the injury. I hope this helps!
