Stop worrying: You're right. If you have not noticed a serious diminution in your exercise tolerance -- for example, if you can still walk up a few flights of stairs -- your lung and heart function are not impaired. You're at your physical peak and you owe it to yourself to get a handle on your anxiety, preferably by talking about discovering your inner strengths. All anxious people feel their breathing is off.
