Get GYN evaluation.: Ginger is excellent for nausea ; vomiting. Try nsaid’s, ssri’s, hormone meds, otc meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise ; acupuncture are excellent for dysmenorrhea. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol ; salt.
