Severe cramps?: It's not uncommon for nausea and vomiting to accompany severe menstrual cramps. Remedies for the cramps will head off the vomiting. Try taking a non-steroidal pain reliever (such as Aleve (naproxen) or Motrin) regularly for the first day or two of your period. This may prevent the problem. If it persists, see your gynecologist.
