What would cause pain on the outside of my hand? It starts at the base of my thumb and continues down to just before my wrist. It makes it hard to grip things. Kind of sharp ache. Fisting causes pain also.
While working out I kind of tweaked my left wrist area. The area below the thumb on the palm side above wrist. Looks Looks bigger than the right thumb area. Not sure if its swollen or they normally look like that. Hurts when pressed. Ice therapy?
