Every few days i get this weird pain i can't make a fist in my right hand when i do my forearm hurts and wrist whole hand? i know it's coming what's it called and what to do to make it better ? especially when i gold my phone and type with right hand

Wrist and hand pain: Muscle spasm from low blood K would be one reason. do you have low blood K?. Carpal tunnel another possibility. Discuss with your team.

Carpal Tunnel: This could be from carpal tunnel syndrome. This is typically associated with numbness and tingling in the hand. However, it could be from an overuse tendonitis as well. Usually tendonitis does not have associated numbness and tingling. You could try a brace for your wrist for immobilization which helps rest the tendons.
