8weeks after inguinal hernia repair i did a light ab workout, pain returned, doctors say it's prob pulled muscle, it seems swollen and bigger when pee?

Reinjury?: You could have possibly disrupted the suture line for the repair, or if mesh plug used extruded the plug from the repaired defect. Ask treating surgeons for ultrasound to evaluate the bulging area you refer to. It could be muscle pull or you could have torn some post op adhesions but you warrant a better evaluation.
