Probably: Just a late period. You could always take a pregnancy test for peace of mind. You don't say if you are on birth control pills or not but it is common wen on pills to have slight to no periods at times. If it becomes a problem and you are not on pills after 3 months you would need to see the doc if you have not had a period and are not pregnant.
