Check blood test: if your are not sure about the accuracy of your urine pregnancy tests consider a serum hcg test or pregnancy test via blood for confirmation either way. Discuss with your doctor if it is an option and if it is they can order it.

Blood test : in cases where the urine pregnancy test results are uncertain its best to get a blood Bhcg test done with your doctor.

Take test again: Would take a pregnancy test again. If still unsure may want to go to your physician and request a serum based pregnancy test.
