Possibly: The fact that you had one negative pregnancy test makes pregnancy less likely, but still possible. Try repeating the home pregnancy test and watch to see if your bleeding increases. If you have very heavy bleeding and pain you could have an early pregnancy loss, and may need treatment. Either way repeat the test and if in doubt, see your primary doc ASAP for blood testing and a pelvic exam.
