Don't get: Your medical information from friends, tv or internet scams. Do you really think thinogenics would help you lose weight. Recently one of their products was found to contain sibutramine, a prescription weight loss drug that was taken off the market. Keep up your diet and exercise. You'll need to do it life long, check w/a good registered dietitian for assistance.
