If your 23 your done: Highly unlikely for a male to grow any taller after age 23. The biggest predictor of your height is your parent's (and family) height, but this is by no means absolute. And smoking anything is not really associated with anything that promotes good health. At this point what is done is done, and you should concentrate on trying to be as healthy as you can be now and in the future.
