Be seen: If your leg is hurting and your d-dimer is elevated, you could have a blood clot. Be seen immediately.

See doctor now: With pain in your leg, chest pain, and an elevated d-dimer you should be seen by someone who can determine if you have a blood clot in your leg and possibly in your lung.
