Probably normal: If you have never had intercourse, then pregnancy should not be a concern. If she is concerned, then she should see an ob/gyn for advice. You should not be so concerned about the exact days that her cycles are early or late.

Probably nothing: You are having the experience that most of us have or will have. The human body is not a swiss watch and doesn't keep perfect time. Many things can affect the cycle, such as stress or illness. Sometimes a woman's cycle is not 28 days and remember that feb. Was a short month. If she is really late then check a hpt. Otherwise relax.
