Possibilities: Skin lesion, scar tissue, cyst, pustule, lipoma are a few things it could be. Best to have your doctor or ENT take a look at it for an accurate diagnosis and discussion of what if anything should be done about it.

Usually cyst: Small cysts can form from skin that is trapped in the area near a piercing. If it is stable and not painful no treatment may be necessary, but if it is enlarging or painful should be examined.

It can also be a keloid- this is when your skin and tissue cells over react to healing- causing bumps, lumps near a piercing or cut.
