Unfortunately: There is no effective treatment for hydrosalpinx. It can be caused by scar tissue, inflammation, or infection, but if it is affecting your fertility, then the usual solution is to block off the tubes completely and proceed to ivf.

The best treatment is to remove the tube, The most common reasons for a hydrosalpinx by far are infection and endometriosis.
